Shipping Rates and Policies

SHIPPING RATES FOR THE
UNITED STATES (lower 48),
ALASKA, HAWAII and CANADA

Shipping Rates: US (lower 48)

A Flat Rate of $10.00 is Applied to All Orders Under $99.00

$100 or More the Shipping Fee is 10% of the Total Order.

A Confirmation Order Notice will be sent to you via e-mail within 24 hours of your order placement.

All Orders are Shipped UPS Standard Ground Service.

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days after we receive your order. Please allow at least 10 business days for orders to be shipped on mail-in forms. You will be notified via e-mail when your order is shipped. 

Alaska and Hawaii: 
$25.00 for orders under $99.00. Orders of $100.00 and over are charged 70% of the total order.

Canada:  $25.00 for orders under $99.00. Orders of $100.00 and over are charged 45% of the total order.

SHIPMENTS TO CANADA ARE SHIPPED ON THURSDAYS

Return Policy

Return/Cancellation Policy:

To obtain authorization to return a defective item for credit or replacement, simply contact us within 3 days of receipt of merchandise, via e-mail at customerservice@lanternnights.com or by phone at (570) 793-3195, Monday thru Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST), Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (EST). 

Non-defective merchandise returns and cancellation of order(s) will incur a 20% restocking/cancellation fee. Returned merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Product boxes and/or items that have been written or or otherwise marked will not be considered for credit or replacement. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing order.

CONDITIONS
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.
*  Merchandise must be in its original packaging, as shipped by Lantern Nights.
*  Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.

Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service, customerservice@lanternnights.com within 24 hours of the receipt of merchandise, and your claim will be processed immediately. NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, U.S. Parcel Post, and trucking lines, must be complied with or they may deny your claim.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order is shipped, you can track your order at www.ups.com and enter the Tracking Number you receive in an e-mail from Lantern Nights. You can also contact us at customerservice@lanternnights.com.
